Abstract

PASOSEGURO is a society for simplified actions established to help allied companies, to create and maintain appropriate standards, in the aspects of Environmental Protection and Management, Safety and Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health, providing advice, consulting and skills development, necessary to help them be a safe and profitable company. Its work is based on the accompaniment, design and implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH) which allows employers to develop a logical process, based on continuous improvement, with the aim of managing the hazards and risks that may affect the safety and health of its workers and additionally the management of the waste generated according to the economic activity of each of the companies, the environmental aspects and impacts of these economic activities and their mitigation. In PASOSEGURO SAS the internship was executed with the purpose of supporting and accompanying the process of creation, implementation, modification and training of companies allied to PASOSEGURO SAS, relating the processes involved in modifying and training a matrix and procedure of environmental aspects and impacts, as well as waste management, recycling modalities and waste mitigation, generating awareness among workers in partner companies, with training that contextualize the issue to be addressed; and recreational activities that allowed to generate a change in the actions of the worker, in addition to the implementation of safety and health management systems at work, allowing the mitigation of work accidents due to lack of self-care, order and cleanliness, active breaks and other aspects that derive from the worker and how it executes its work. Achieving with these processes an application and practical knowledge both in fieldwork and in the documentary part, in the elaboration of the materials that are used for the execution. This allowed quite favorable and beneficial results for the allied companies and for Pasoseguro SAS, because the way of executing the trainings was improved, support materials for these and giving in a playful way knowledge to workers to improve their work, their contribution to improving the care of the environment and that they implement and expand this knowledge to their co-workers and family members in their daily lives.
