Creación del proyecto deportivo de fútbol femenino Colsubsidio

Abstract

Women´s soccer is becoming more advantage at worldwide and national level, with greater demands on both performance and results for professional training such as the Colombian situation, for this reason is necessary to create suitable and specific training spaces for girls who wish to learn this demanding sport. In accordance previous in this document is structured the Colsubsidio Women's Football Project aims to improve the administrative and sports issues of the current Training School, at the same time it pretends to design and create the basic forces to represent the Club in different competitions. Consequently, marketing strategies will be carried out, the pedagogical plan and sports development plan of the Football discipline will be reviewed and adapted.
