Validación del método QuEChERS y determinación de residuos de plaguicidas en muestras de polen apícola recolectado en diferentes municipios de Cundinamarca por UPLC-MS/MS

Abstract

The following study presents the results of the concentrations of different pesticides found in samples of apicultural pollen belonging to Municipalities of Cundinamarca, where the use of pesticides in crops around the apiaries to study has been evidenced. To achieve this analysis, the validation (Analyzing 82 pesticides) of the QuEChERS methodology (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged & Safe) was carried out, since it allows the multiresiduous analysis of pesticides present in food and agricultural products. This methodology was used for the extraction part of the analytes to be studied (Pesticides) and cleaning of the samples. Once the extraction of the analytes of interest and the cleaning of the samples is achieved, they are analyzed by UPLC chromatography (Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography).
