Resumen
In compliance with the provisions established in Agreement No. 038 of July 28, 2015, issued by the Academic Council of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José Caldas. 038 of July 28, 2015, issued by the Academic Council of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, regarding the procedures and requirements for the modalities of degree work at the undergraduate level, the academic internship entitled "Support to the process of review and adjustment of the proposed Land Management Plan of Bogota (2022-2035), with regard to the Principal Ecological Structure", was performed at the Undersecretariat of Territorial Planning-Direction of Environment and Rurality of the District Secretariat of Planning, for a period of 6 months. The activities of this internship were developed within the framework of the review and adjustment of the proposed Land Management Plan "Bogotá Reverdece 2022-2035", which seeks to replace the land management plan under which Bogotá is currently conducted, which was compiled and approved by Decree 190 of 2004. Seventeen years after the adoption of this land use plan, the lack of control of different local problems is evident, such as those described in the last diagnostic document presented by the District Planning Secretariat (SDP, 2021), where it is mentioned that in Bogotá the protected areas of the SINAP, the District protected areas, the network of ecological corridors, the special management areas, and the protected areas of the District, the special management areas, and the protected areas of the District of Bogota (SDP, 2022-2035), are all under the control of the District Planning Secretariat, all of them articulated from the Main Ecological Structure (EEP), a concept proposed by Thomas Van der Hammen (2003) and incorporated as a central element of territorial planning due to one of the basic principles of territorial planning which is "the protection and protection of the environment and natural resources and their valuation as a basic substrate" (Art. 16. Decree 190 of 2004). 16. Decree 190 of 2004). Taking into account the above, this internship had a special interest in what is related to the Main Ecological Structure of the proposed land use plan "Bogota Reverdece 2022-2035" and oriented the fulfillment of the objectives proposed from the methodological design of the 4 phases described throughout this document.
