Resumen
This research carried out the systematization of a political education developed at the IED Charry (Bogotá) together with ninth, tenth and eleventh students. The objective was focused on the development of critical thinking in the face of cyberculture through critical pedagogy and with the support of the social network Facebook that allowed to strengthen, deepen and expand what was worked during virtual classes in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic context. In this sense, the systematization sought to contribute to the challenges posed by today's society to Social Sciences teachers, in terms of the appropriation of technology, the contents to be taught and the methodologies used, based from the Marxist theory for the understanding and appropriation of the social reality of the context. Thus, we start from the vision of totality for the analysis of the phenomena found that account for the mechanisms developed by persuasive technology, the technological class gap and the difficulties in the development of critical thinking.
