Estructuración y actualización predial de las bases de datos espaciales de la compañía Colentrega S.A.S. para los municipios de Bogotá, Soacha y Villavicencio

Abstract

Colentrega S.A.S. is a company that for more than 15 years has specialized in the provision of high volume distribution services, focused on ensuring that all its services reach high levels of quality and reliability in order to remain a competitive company in the market; oriented in this arises the need to update the spatial database of the property inventory of the company being this the primary input to be able to develop and provide the different services run by the distribution company of advertising elements door to door, express messaging certified with GPS , Certified Mass Distribution, Delivery of Public Utilities Invoices, Distribution of commercial samples, geomarketing works and developments among which zoning, georeferencing, planning and distribution proposals, isochrones and creation of optimal routes for different distributions are elaborated. This project arises in response to this need by achieving the database update for the municipalities of BOGOTÁ, SOACHA and VILLAVICENCIO in an optimal way, complying with the company's quality standards and achieving results that reach high levels of quality and reliability. In view of the above, an update of the property database was made; in which the current database and the databases acquired from different institutions with information to 2016 were incorporated, making a filtering and structuring of them, which allowed to determine the real quantities by stratum of houses (single-family and multi-family) and trade, with the purpose of providing reliable data that represent the actuality of the different municipalities to be used in the preparation of the studies and the proposals of the company for the different clients.
