Evaluación del Sistema de Acueducto en la Cabecera Municipal de Zipacón Cundinamarca

Abstract

The evaluation of the water system of the head municipal of Zipacón Cundinamarca allowed knowing your conditions. Compiled information general of the municipality and the components water system; a survey at the users was carried out for to know their perception; water samples were collected of supply sources, Hoyo of Parra, the Virgen and Boca of monte, pumping station and houses, for further analysis, using the technique of presence-absence for total coliform and Photometric and volumetric methods. The results showed that the acidity does not meet the acceptable value according to Resolution 2115 of 2007 and there is no presence of total coliforms, but records exist of the Health Secretary that prove otherwise; there are problems in the maintenance and cleaning of the structures of the system and shortcomings in the training of personnel in charge.
