Resumen
In the present work "Protocol for predictive tests on medium voltage three-phase power transformers for the company EYS Consultores SAS", the detailed protocol will be developed to perform predictive maintenance on three-phase power transformers, with the aim of carrying out a In addition, EYS Consultores SAS seeks to comply with the high quality standards of the provision of its services, and thereby provide professional advice for the preparation of the tests, minimizing the risks and errors that can be made by the professional and operational personnel commissioned on site to carry out the tests.
The document will include within its development the technical and functional characteristics of the power transformer, as well as the regulatory framework under which the data obtained from the electrical tests carried out in the field will be interpreted, so that a comparison between the acceptance criteria already established by the standards to determine the status and condition of the asset, so that pertinent recommendations can be provided to improve the condition and extend the life cycle of the transformer.
Subsequently, the protocols designed for the execution of the electrical tests for predictive maintenance on site in power transformers are presented, establishing for each one of the tests its objective, specific considerations, connection mode of the test units that intervene in the performance of the test and the procedure for carrying out the test, additionally preliminary recommendations to the intervention of the equipment, security measures and conceptual framework that allow the personnel to be clear about the technical and theoretical concepts in order to carry out safe and highly professional operations, in addition to mentioning the evaluation criteria that will allow the user of the protocol to determine whether the equipment under test meets the acceptance limits for each electrical test performed on site.
