Formulación del P.I.G.A. para la empresa Tropical Crop S.A.S

Abstract

This research had as aimed to formulate a Plan of Environmental Management for Tropical Crop S.A.S. company. This is because of the company TROPICAL CROP S.A.S has the need to achieve sustainable development of its activity and mitigate the negative impacts on the natural environment, for demanding customers in new markets. To fulfill this objective a case study where quantitative instruments were used was raised. First we are gathering information from the company Tropical Crop, where he propendió to develop an initial environmental assessment of the internal and external environment of the company was conducted. After that, lifting and purification of secondary information concerning the socio-environmental offer in the area of the company and the activities of it was made. Through technical visits and detailed field studies (characterization of water quality, establishment of sound pressure levels in the area of influence of the company) it was possible to complete the information obtained, this in order to enhance and complement secondary information consulted. The results of diagnosis served as a basis for creating programs Institutional Environmental Management Plan and the planned training to develop the dissemination of the Plan.
