La formación en Derechos Humanos en la Universidad Distrital: hacia una propuesta educativa

Abstract

This report shows the process and results of the internship developed between April and August 2022, in the Office of Gender Affairs, Sexual Diversities and Human Rights of the Universidad Distrital Rector's Office. The document presents the approach of the project, the theoretical framework, activities, results and conclusions of the internship, which was oriented to the construction of educational content on human rights for a virtual course aimed at the university community. These contents address 4 thematic axes, which make an approximation to the theoretical-conceptual generalities of human rights in their historical and normative field; then an analysis is made of the situation of guarantee of human rights in Colombia in relation to the armed conflict, the right to the city and the rights in university life; and, finally, the theme of social mobilization is developed as a democratic exercise of enforceability of rights. This work contributes to the strengthening and projection of human rights training processes at the university, as an important element in the construction of active subjects of law and professionals aware of their immediate realities.
