Identificación de conceptos, habilidades y destrezas cognitivas, en el área de las ciencias naturales, en estudiantes de educación secundaria a partir del modelo García, Pinilla y Rincón

Resumen
In this paper, the results of the investigation work, based in the methodology proposed by García, Pinilla and Rincón and developed on four eduactional instittutions of the south of the Bogotá City (Colombia) between 2017 and 2018, are presented. The methodology consists in the design of the previuos ideas test that are applied to the students, before and after of the laboratory work, that provide the information to build the conceptual netting, in the case of the media education students, and and correlation diagrams, in the case of the seventh grade - eighth grade students. While, for media education students was applied one previous ideas test at the beginning the session and, other one at the end of the session, for the seventh grade - eighth grade students were applied six previous ideas test at the end of each session, of continuous monitoring. It was found that, in general, the students don’t have the academic level required by the National Education Ministry, because, in the first case, the students are not clear about the concepts of acidity and basicity that should be seen in ninth grade, in agreement with the Basic Learning Rights, that represents a weakness and a difficulty in the International Test. In the second case, it’s noted an improvement in apprehension about the concepts because it’s tracked of the process, taking into account the Colombian Basic Standards by Competences. This methodology can be utilized in others areas getting similar results that contribute to the improvement of the educational quality.
