Resumen
This work is based on the research and analysis that was carried out on the current situation of the company DISTRIBUCIONES DELMONTEFRÍO, a company dedicated since its creation in 2015 to the production and distribution of dairy products such as: cheese, yogurt, milk cream and Suero costeño, located in the city of Bogotá and with the presence of its products in Cundinamarca, Boyacá and Santanderes. Given the great experience in the field and the excellent quality of its products, the company has had an important growth in production and sales, however, its owners have focused exclusively on production, leaving aside planning and management activities that mark a route and formalize the company's projections, which led to the following question: How to promote the growth of the company DISTRIBUTIONS DELMONTEFRÍO from tools that formalize its objectives and structure in order to respond to the current and future market? Having exposed this, this work ranges from the formulation of the strategic platform that includes the company's mission, vision, corporate values and quality policy, as well as the approach of short, medium and long-term objectives, to the formal proposal of an organizational chart that gives the company a solid structure oriented towards meeting goals, increasing market share and job creation.
