Resumen
The present work focuses on the development of an automatable dosing line using the Siemens NX software and its mechatronics concept designer tool. The main objective of the research is to evaluate the feasibility of the project, based on the needs raised by the company Sabaot Machine. The designed production line consists of six main stages: bottle feeding stage, dosing stage, cap supply stage, cap screwing stage, labeling stage and packing stage. A cinematographic analysis is carried out to guarantee the proper behavior of each of the stages. During the development of the thesis, mechanical engineering knowledge and tools are applied, as well as the integration of mechatronic concepts, to achieve an optimal solution. Tests and simulations are performed to assess the performance and reliability of the proposed system. In addition, the financial aspect of the project is addressed through the preparation of a detailed budget that includes the costs of the necessary components for the implementation of the dosing line. This provides a clear vision of the investment required and allows to assess the economic feasibility of the project.
