Estudio de prefactibilidad para la implementación de arcos de desinfección de vehículos en obras de construcción.

Abstract

Due to the health emergency the world is facing, because of Covid-19 pandemic, disinfection protocols have been implemented; particularly, we will deal with the construction sector of Bogotá D.C. Hundreds of vehicles, which transport material, and / or personnel enter the different work fronts, daily. Despite the fact that each transport company has its protocols for cleaning and disinfecting automotive; these tend to focus on the internal parts, with a deficiency on the external part, when doing washes a few times a week. As a solution to this problem, the implementation of vehicle disinfection arches at the access to construction sites is proposed, which guarantees greater frequency of disinfection, while reducing the consumption of water, time and personnel. To verify the viability of the proposal, it was necessary to carry out a pre-feasibility study that included different analyses, such as: i. The market study includes the analysis of the sector and the market, aspects that allowed us to define the current situation in which the project is oriented; ii. The legal, organizational and administrative study, which includes the constitution and registration of the company, profile and organizational structure, among other aspects that served as a guide for the administration of the project; iii. The technical study includes furniture and equipment, facilities and operational process necessary for the implementation and performance of the project; and, iv. The financial study which considers the variables that intervene, the effective cost implied by the working capital, acquisitions of fixed assets and pre-operating expenses, until obtaining the financial indicators that allowed us to define the economic viability and finally the environmental analysis understands the impacts on the environment and the improvement of said impact. With these, it is intended to base what will be the conclusion of this degree work.
