Resumen
This project aims to determine the mechanical properties of PETG copolymer by 3D FDM printing. So, an experimental design (DOE) fractional factorial is proposed, which will allow to calculate the combinatorial of the factors and the levels, so that, it allows to propose in an orderly and random way the composition of each experimental design, obviously, it will allow to correlate the properties of design such as: ultimate stress and modulus of elasticity as a function of printing parameters such as: layer thickness, mesh orientation, fill density, position on the printing table and printing speed. 72 specimens will be manufactured in transparent PETG, under the geometric specifications and in the shape set forth in the ASTM D638 and ASTM D695 standards for tension and compression tests. The analysis of variance ANOVA and linear regression of the data of the tensile strength and modulus of elasticity will be carried out in each experiment separately, allowing to establish a linear regression equation and the explanatory percentage of the models.
