Abstract

To develop a feasibility study in order to increase the production of brown sugar in the farm "El Gran Pedregal" diagnosis, where raw materials, labor, machinery, process for the production of brown sugar, monthly production, costs, expenses and income. Analysis of market research where is identified competition and it analyzes performed needs of actual customers and potential customers of brown sugar. Then, through the technical study the requirements of the cultivation of brown sugar, making panela and labor are evaluated. With the results of the market research study and the technical design of the organizational structure and the strategic platform was performed, using as an analytical tool model Harold Koontz Finally, the feasibility of the project through the financial study, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is applied is evaluated. It is recommended to implement this project that the increase in sugarcane production, increased revenue and sales, improved process quality and increased productivity and profitability will be obtained.
