Abstract

The development of this project aims to use and apply the tools learned throughout the Industrial Engineering academic program of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, in which the program content is the fundamental basis for the development and creation of a company in which theory is linked to practice. In the world of work, the supply and demand for employment is high due to the number of professionals who come out to the continuous market, among them is the decision-making whether to belong to it or join the union of entrepreneurs and promote employment by creating solid companies structured and expanding opportunities in the market for the consumer. That is why we opted to take the entrepreneurship project to consolidate the business idea and transform it into a business plan, an action that will activate participants in the current market in Colombia, create a company for specific public services for maintenance and installation of air conditioning to a specific niche, providing solutions to different problems in the market.
