Identificación de peligros, evaluación de riesgos y estimación de controles de riesgos asociados a condiciones de seguridad en la población de mantenimiento de la división de recursos físicos de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

The present degree project was based on the simplified risk assessment methodology given that it was the one hat best suited the purpose of the project and the current conditions of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas in comparison with the binary method of risk assessment and the William T. Fine methodology. A hazard identification questionnaire was structured that was applied to 12 workers who voluntarily participated in a total of 45 workers in the maintenance area of ​​the physical resources division of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. The hazard evaluation matrix was elaborated based on four main activities: Adaptation of classrooms and offices, Masonry, Plumbing and Welding of which the level of risk is qualified according to the specific tasks of each of the activities. With the collected information an analysis is carried out in order to establish the intervention and the establishment of controls in each of the evaluated hazards.
