Resumen
This Document present to the readers the work that was done in Granada Cundinamarca, in monograph mode, in this paper the Author looked for approximations and solutions for Solid waste management problem in the populated center and rural communities of Granada, by implementing some programs of the Solid Waste Management Plan (in Spanish PGIRS) in force. (Acuaviva, 2015); To meet these objectives, secondary information was collected from municipal documents and previous works about this problem, Subsequently, a plan was developed and executed to improve the current conditions of the Selective Route program and, in turn, extract primary information that allowed the elaboration of designs for a micro-waste treatment plant, which, if built, will succeed in converting organic waste by 2026 of the urban area, in compost for the benefit of its inhabitants. In addition to carrying out the fulfillment of other training and awareness programs no less important, in the rural area, for the comprehensive management of ordinary waste and agricultural production.
