Diseño de un programa para el control del avance de obra proyecto de aplicación : interventoría al contrato de rehabilitación vial en el Barrio San Eusebio

Abstract

Knowing percentage terms've built and how much should lead allows an easier interpretation of these concepts, while facilitating comparison and evaluation. Usually these percentages are calculated with the flow of investment, ie it relates what I have built with what I have spent, and what should build it should spend. Doing it this way means underestimate economic activities that require more runtime, and overvalue those expensive and rapid implementation activities. This paper proposes a method to calculate these percentages, not to intervene in the monetary value of the activities. In addition, design a program that processes the data collected in the field, and deliver graphics that facilitate the interpretation of information in a format suitable for analysis report. The program is tested with a project of practical application, corresponding to the road rehabilitation works where the internship was developed. In this section, problems arising in the process are addressed and practical solutions and explanations to these arise. This work is limited to the context in which the internship was performed, and the format of the report focuses on the control that is in charge of auditing.
