Sistema de apoyo para microempresas para dar cumplimiento a los estándares mínimo del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (sg - sst) de la resolución 0312 de 2019

Abstract

This degree work proposed a support system for compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety System (SG-SST) for microenterprises. To achieve this objective, a bibliographic review was carried out on Resolution 0312 of 2019, which manages the current minimum standards in terms of safety and health at work, as well as the implementation of the best practices of the SG-SST. From the review and the information collected, a support method was developed that included the following stages: initial diagnosis, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. This support method aims to guide the implementation of the SG-SST and compliance with regulations 0312 of 2019 on occupational health and safety. In conclusion, a didactic and useful tool was developed for microenterprises, since it will allow them with the formats to comply with the minimum regulations regarding safety and health at work and improve their current performance.
