Delimitación De Los Sectores De La Zona Urbana Del Municipio De La Vega, Departamento De Cundinamarca

Abstract

Law 388 of 1997 establishes guidelines for the distribution of urban soils and the regulation of their uses, through policies that catalog to cities as centers where planning and planning of the territory social, economic and human investment by the regulatory authorities of the municipality. The urban sectors through the communal participation become the fundamental axis of the planning of the territory, what constitutes the urbanism of them and is ah ?? where sectorization geography facilitates the evaluation and control of changes in planning processes, such as urban and rural growth management. This is why the identi fi cation and delimitation of urban sectors greater articulation between the factors that compose a municipality and makes it possible to find a better spatial organization for urban sectors, benefiting both the inhabitants as well as the visitors of the municipality and its surroundings. Arco Consultor ?? as, Advise and Constructions LTDA, is a committed company with the territorial development of the municipalities, that is why it was contracted to name of the Municipal Mayor of La Vega - Cundinamarca, to undertake the project with which will determine the delimitation of the sectors of the urban area of ​​the municipality, as a complement to the updating of Agreement 035 of 2000 - Basic Plan of Territorial Ordering (PBOT) of said municipality. As students of Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy, we have all the competencies to contribute in this consultancy study, for developed this internship, which provided all the knowledge for the optimal compliance with the project; proposing a delimitation of the sectors of the area urban development of the municipality of La Vega, this in turn was included in the updating of the Plan Territorial Ordinance (PBOT), facilitating policy public services for the benefit of the inhabitants of the municipality. The agreement 038 of 2015, which regulates the work of degree for the undergraduate students, allows to carry out the internship modality, which allows have an approach to reality in our field of work and contribute through knowledge gained throughout the career, to solving problems in municipalities and contribute to its integral development. With this project was achieved, that in the proposal of delimitation of the sectors of the zone urbanization, it can be finalized as it is divided and spatially distributed the Municipality of La Vega, and that the national products are useful tools for the authorities municipalities to maintain the updating of the municipality and facilitate decision-making.
