Within the framework of inclusive education, policies favor attention for this population, but few resources is available in institutions to provide spaces that strengthen their needs. However, there are some opportunities that are visible in the centers of interest linked from the extended and complementary school day which are host in some institutions and that promise to be enrichment groups for the development of exceptional talent. This research analyzed how the Center of Interest in Children's Theater is an opportunity for a group of children with exceptional talents and / or abilities to explore and enhance their abilities. From a qualitative approach of case study, motivations were identified in relation to belonging to this Center as the desire to overcome a difficulty such as shyness, improve verbal and corporal expression, motivations that have been supported by parents. It also showed how this Center of Interest allowed to promote their development and the exceptional talents of students from their interpersonal, intrapersonal, critical thinking, ability to work as a team, the development of imagination and creativity. More than boosting talent in stage art, students stimulated and developed other life skills.
