Resumen
The present work made it possible to determine the degree of feasibility and relevance for migrating the Specialization to a Master's Degree in Human Development, through three pillars that approved the creation of a Master's Degree of this nature: the first, through a social study, led to the establishment of the context that allowed us to investigate the importance of carrying out the Master's Degree from the perspective of human development, educational norms and public policies established in Colombia. The second pillar, the population study, was aimed at a specific educational population to establish the interests, needs and determinants that justify the migration from specialization to master's degree in Human Development. Finally, a third pillar, the technical study, which led to an understanding of the methodology used to collect the information, characteristics and subsequently, the analysis of the instrument and the different opinion points obtained in the research study process.
