The following degree work is carried out in order to analyze the characteristics and results of the Socio-Vocational Guidance Program of the municipality of Sibaté, managing to recognize its relationship with the Human Development approach, through the recovery of contributions, the structured methodology and applied, the quantitative evaluation of the experience obtained from the actions during the year 2023 with the students of the eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh grades and their families, and the documentation of the process executed throughout its implementation. In this way, the analysis of results allowed us to recognize the relationship between the methodology that was proposed and the design to address the program and Human Development, identifying that the topics, activities, components and actions together are focused. not only to strengthen the capacities, abilities and skills of the students who participated, but also allows them to know and recognize themselves in the society and community that surrounds them. It is expected that this set of actions arranged for them will allow them make assertive decisions regarding their being and doing in their immediate and distant futures, generating continuous growth as human beings with life plans and projects that will lead them to self-realization, transformation and improvement of the quality and well-being of their lives. , in addition to the program being a reference for future actions, updates and implementation of guidance and support processes from the approach and perspective of Human Development.
