Resumen
This research focused on how teachers of the public institutions in Bogotá, with inclusion programs, are prepared for teaching at home to students with some special educational needs (SEN) and in turn, determinate how they adapted to teaching under the conditions in the framework of the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus. The study allowed to give a clear conception about the preparation of teachers to face an inclusive classroom, the effects in students towards virtual education in the health emergency due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic and the management of inclusive education by of the public institutions, especially in the "Colegio Atabanzha IED". In summary, through the investigation, it was possible to observe the preparation of teachers and institutions to manage an inclusive classroom within the framework of virtual education; Finally, this work can be used as a basis in future possible researchs on inclusive education in the country's capital and will serve as a precedent, in terms of a possible way that can take the teaching method towards basic education students with special educational needs in future conditions of health emergencies.
