| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la Circular No. 60 sobre persecución de vagos mencionando al Sr. Jefe político del Cantón la recomendación que por sí y por medio de sus agentes proceda inmediatamente a perseguir a los vagos que haya en ese Cantón y que puedan ser destinados a una nueva población en el Cantón de San Martin o a servir como concertados en la explotación de la mina de Cumaral, dejando esto al arbitrio de la Gobernación, en las correspondientes resoluciones de policía correccional que se dicten. Dichos vagos han de llegar a esta ciudad precisamente antes del 15 de Noviembre, pues en aquel día deben marchar a su destino. En lo sucesivo puede el Gobernador remitir al señor Ospina, en los meses de Junio y Noviembre, todos los vagos que en ese Cantón sean condenados a los destinos expresados. Firmado por Pastor Ospina.
