Circular No. 60 sobre persecusión de vagos

Abstract

The image contains a news item about Circular No. 60 on the persecution of vagrants, mentioning to the Political Chief of the Canton the recommendation that by himself and through his agents he immediately proceed to persecute the vagrants that exist in that Canton and that can be destined to a new population in the Canton of San Martin or to serve as contractors in the exploitation of the mine of Cumaral, leaving this to the discretion of the Government, in the corresponding resolutions of correctional police that will be dictated. Said vagrants must arrive in this city precisely before November 15, since on that day they must leave for their destination.
