Abstract

Among the activities to be developed in a consulting project, we have the budgetary aspect, is a vital part of this, and that will give an approximation of the total cost of the same and thus demonstrate the feasibility of implementation. It is important to clarify, within the budgetary aspect has to include quantification of amounts of work. A proper analysis of inputs, machinery and personnel that could be employed at the time of the construction process, grant greater benefits to the contracting company, in this case the Mayor of Ciudad Bolivar and the future builders of the project. This report summarizes the activities carried out during the internship opting for the title of Technologist in civil constructions. These activities were aimed purely technical and budgetary support of the consulting contract CIA 007 2013 between the District University Francisco Jose de Caldas and the city of Ciudad Bolivar. These activities were developed in the UPZs 66,68 and 69 of the town of Bolivar city during September 2014 and May 2015 a study of 58,461 m2 area. Throughout this work activities during the internship reflected in 6 of the 8 deliveries to the mayor were observed, and some technical terms related to the budget issue will be defined, the contributions made by the author to the project also evidenced, the inconvenienced throughout the internship and the team. Completing the document (attached) the results reflected in APU, summary amounts of work and budget summary will be displayed.
