Abstract

The present degree work was based on the construction and updating of the information base of the Integrated Management process and the Self-assessment and Accreditation process for the fulfillment of Policy 4: the modernization of the administrative, financial and human talent management, within the framework of the Strategic Development Plan 2007-2016 of the Francisco José de Caldas District University.
