Apoyo en la ejecución de la Ficha GB122 “Promoviendo alertas tempranas a nivel socio ambiental” la cual hace parte del componente programático del POMCA Río Bogotá

Abstract

During the current internship, support was provided in the execution of the GB122 file of the Plan for the Management of Watersheds (POMCA) of the Bogotá River, entitled "Promoting socio-environmental early warnings". Initially, a qualitative analysis of the elements that make up the basin was carried out, as well as research on the treatment of socio-environmental conflicts and early warning systems. Subsequently, working groups representing the nineteen sub-basins of the Bogotá River were established, which will actively participate in the implementation of the file. Finally, a practical guide was developed for the design of socio-environmental early warning protocols, consisting of four stages: information collection, data analysis, alert dissemination, and community response. This resource was created with the purpose of serving as a support tool in the management of socio-environmental conflicts in the forty-seven municipalities of the Bogotá River basin.
