Resumen
SITCO, is the Territorial Information System for Construction through which ISA Intercolombia supports the process of real estate rights management to make feasible the projects of construction of electrical infrastructure in the country. This system, launched in 2014, has generated great benefits for analysts from the Environmental, Social and Property Management, optimizing processes and significantly reducing management times and costs. However, over 6 years of operation, it has been observed that this system does not support all the property management processes carried out in the company and requires complementation and updating, since the scope of the tool as it is currently, does not meet the needs of management. For this reason, it is required to identify, through a comparative, theoretical, technical and benefits analysis, the requirements that with their development will allow satisfying these needs. In addition to identifying possible tools to complement the system and increase the scope, performing the respective feasibility analysis. For this, a methodological proposal was developed in which all the aspects that must be taken into account when reviewing and complementing the system are described. Proposal by means of which it was possible to define the requirements that are finally necessary to include the system and the viability of the proposed complementation tool; a SITCO mobile app. In addition to evaluating the operability of SITCO with other information systems, designing the composition of the spatial database that these requirements would have and the graphic environment of each of them. In the same way for the App, since its development was viable, the graphic interface of the modules that make up the App was also designed. And so it was finely structured and rooted from these analyzes, the proposal was implemented before the IT area of the company, thus managing to solve the difficulty initially raised.
