Modelo de implementación de procesos de calidad de software en la Empresa TICXAR S.A.S.

Abstract

The implementation of this project is based on the development of a model implementation of quality processes software TICXAR SAS, a company whose core business integration technology solutions, information and communication, which focuses on providing software services. The development of this model will allow the company to establish techniques to assess the quality of their products. A study to internal processes within the factory software and technology area will take place, from the moment in which with the client the requirements are make, followed by a review to step executed for implementation is done the product being requested, the environment in which it is performed and unit testing executed by the developer. The put in production of this system will be evaluated and the relevant documents are verified content during all phases up to the closing stage. Finally there will be a support together with the end user who will approve and service levels delivered product will be evaluated. Expected to achieve by implementing this model results are to enable members of the organization validate the developments in its functional aspects before making delivery of a completed and accepted by customers software. With this benefit will not only company offering a better quality product, but also the people who are part of the team of the same, without forgetting that thanks to this implementation the company will be recognized for meeting the quality standards software and be more reliable when it comes to procurement and customer loyalty.
