Resumen
The multinational Belcorp is a direct sales company of beauty products. Which has a zoning area that is in charge of all issues related to geography or cartography, which is why it is in charge of the company's administrative units and updating the spatial configuration of the different regions and areas of the country. For this work, a restructuring of area 1518 of the municipality of Ibagué, Tolima was carried out, which in turn is divided into 11 sections. Throughout history, this area presented a negative behavior in terms of sales, despite having characteristics that in the understanding of the business should allow the area to have optimal results, which is why the decision was made to intervene in this area to enhance it and solve the problems that prevented it from having positive results in terms of sales mainly through a spatial analysis. and geomarketing, achieving a geographical and alphanumeric understanding of the area, which made it possible to provide spatial solutions to the problems encountered and optimize the area.
