La presente investigación tiene como tema fundamental la relación dialéctica entre acción y tiempo. Esta relación cobra importancia en la medida en que parte de una acción situada en un aquí y un ahora, pero se enmarca en un horizonte temporal en el que el pasado sucedido y el futuro por suceder desempeñan roles significativos. Roles que permiten establecer un horizonte de discusión sobre la memoria y su compleja interacción con la historia, hacer memoria es un ejercicio en donde se compromete el pasado, el presente y el futuro en la posibilidad abrir o cerrar la acción en conjunto de las comunidades históricamente configuradas. En este contexto, nuestro propósito es argumentar que la obra de Paul Ricoeur aporta elementos cruciales para comprender la dinámica dialéctica entre acción y tiempo, la cual puede ser tomada como base para el desarrollo de una política de la historicidad. Esta investigación tiene un inclinado interés teórico y explora la emergencia de otras interpretaciones, desde la dialéctica de la acción y el tiempo, que liberen la posibilidad de pensar una política de la memoria más allá de los conocidos lugares que la anclan a la historia monumental.
Resumen
This research has as a fundamental theme the dialectical relationship between action and time. This relationship becomes important to the extent that it starts from an action located in a here and now, but is framed in a time horizon in which the past that has happened and the future to happen play significant roles. Roles that allow establishing a horizon of discussion about memory and its complex interaction with history, remembering is an exercise in which the past, the present and the future are compromised in the possibility of opening or closing the joint action of the communities historically configured. In this context, our purpose is to argue that the work of Paul Ricoeur provides crucial elements to understand the dialectical dynamic between action and time, which can be taken as a basis for the development of a policy of historicity. This research has an inclined theoretical interest and explores the emergence of other interpretations, from the dialectic of action and time, that release the possibility of thinking about a policy of memory beyond the well-known places that anchor it to monumental history.
