Resumen
This project was developed to enhance the decision-making skills of students in Sports Management at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. To achieve this, a role-playing game was designed to simulate various decision-making scenarios that a sports manager might encounter in their professional practice. The game takes into account the involvement of market agents and real-world uncertainty, focusing on the buying and selling of commercial assets that represent income and expenses in sports management contexts. The main goal of the project is to "Create a management game focused on the buying and selling of contracts with athletes, aimed at improving students' decision-making experience in sports management." To achieve this, agile research methodologies were employed, allowing for the development of a minimum viable product or initial prototype. This prototype serves as a research tool that adapts based on results from its use, study, and adaptation to real subjects and scenarios. Using the LEAN STARTUP methodology and tools such as the SERVICE BLUEPRINT, the project aims to produce a final product that not only serves as a learning tool for sports management students but also as an innovative, interactive, and engaging mechanism for study and training in the field.
