Voluntariado: aspectos conceptuales y metodológicos en los complejos de páramos en los últimos cinco años (2015-2019)

Colombia is one of the countries with the greatest biodiversity on the planet and is home to around 50% of the world's páramo ecosystems, which is why it is necessary to have efficient regulations and management, whose compliance is the responsibility not only of the government or of competent environmental authorities but the community in general. Although these unique characteristics make Colombia a power at a biological, ecosystem and water level, they also denote a great responsibility since future generations depend on them. Therefore, voluntary action becomes important because it is an expression of solidarity, generating initiatives that promote the defense and care of the moors, then volunteering is an important alternative for more people to adhere to the exercise of protection within their vocation of life, defense and care of the moors. The research carried out is part of the bibliographic review of the theoretical aspects and the methodological profiles considered in the reference documents of the volunteer programs with incidence in the moorland complexes of the Central Region in the last five years -period between the year 2015 to 2019-. This recognizing the processes and actions that are promoted-regulated under the voluntary action of Colombian citizens, from the criteria of Law 720 of 2001 in said territories. This qualitative-exploratory study made it possible to identify volunteering from an environmental and social nature, as well as organizational and training, as well as the impact on the territories and communities associated with the moors of the Central Region. Cundinamarca, Meta, Tolima, Boyacá and Bogotá Distrito Capital (DC) are the territories belonging to the Central Region, in which nine volunteer programs led by government entities and civil society were identified. However, and in accordance with the selection criteria established in this research, the analysis is made of the following four programs, 1) Guardian Páramos Voluntarios of the Administrative and Environmental Planning Region -RAPE-, 2) Park Ranger of National Parks Natural -NPN- 3) Volunteers CAR - Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca- 4) National Network of Young People for the Environment, identifying that from the conceptual aspect in the environment category, the subcategory of human-environment relationship is the one that predominates, in In the environmental education category, the social perspective prevails and for the social capital category, since it is not possible to measure the levels of social capital of each of the volunteer programs, weaknesses and strengths were evidenced and from the methodological category it is referred to as the training processes employees are variable.
