Resumen
The development and construction of the cession zones resulting from the urbanization processes are of great importance for the different systems that integrate the urban fabric in the consolidation and development of the territory. The green areas are a clear example of this, since they are a fundamental part of the development of the Main Ecological Structure where large ecological elements present in the urban fabric are integrated. Then the development of the type "A" cession zones, specifically the green areas or also known as pocket parks allow to establish a spatial and functional interconnection in the increase of the urban environmental offer; in this process the role of private and public builders is very important since they depend not only on the design, construction and subsequent delivery but also the responsibility to ensure quality and compliance with the regulations that govern the development of these. However, the great problems presented by these projects in front of the development process are evident, becoming a direct problem of urban processes, where it is common to see the lack of planning and bad practices in the construction stage.
