The purpose of this research-creation is to contribute to the integral qualification of the early childhood teachers of the Nido de Amor Service Unit of the town of Usme, through the creation and implementation of the “Laboratorio Experiencial Volver al ser para hacer desde el ser ”, which focuses its attention and development on the processes of self-knowledge, emotional intelligence and the commitment to strengthen from there the capacity of practical reason for their human development. It is used as a basis for the creation and execution of the Laboratory, the experiential learning model because it is considered pertinent and necessary to provide teachers with specific experiences, self-observation spaces, moments of collective and individual reflection that contribute to their development and the improvement of their quality of life. The present work shows the process of creation and implementation of each of the sessions that make up the Experiential Laboratory and the reflections that arise from there on the importance of implementing this type of spaces as a commitment to an integral teaching qualification of teachers of early childhood
