Identificación de riesgos físicos en la Empresa Purimotor Ltda.

Abstract

The identification of physical risks is developed in accordance with the Colombian Technical Guide GTC 45 of 2012 by means of which guidelines are provided in order to generate strategies that allow managing the risks to safety and health at work in this case to the Purimotor Company Ltda. It begins by conducting an exploration on the current situation of the company in terms of processes, activities, machinery, equipment, work environment, elements from which develop the identification of physical risks through the application of the hazard identification matrix and risk assessment achieving Thus identify the existing dangers in the manufacturing process of air purifiers that can cause accidents in the Purimotor Company Ltda. Subsequently, the analysis of the information collected and obtained with the application of the matrix is m​ade where the results in the identification of hazards are displayed based on the physical risk factors, the source that generates the hazard and the process in which It Is found involved the generating source. To finalize the design of a proposal conformed by different activities, which seeks to facilitate the Purimotor Company Ltda the identification of the dangers in a general way (not only those that involve physical risks) and also allows to establish the necessary control mechanisms. The proposal is submitted to the company where the present degree work is developed and left at your will to analyze the possibility of approving and implementing it.
