Resumen
The present academic work carried out under the modality of internship at the institute of extension and education for work and human development (IDEXUD), seeks to carry out a review, update and modeling of processes, procedures and proposals for improvement in the area of financial resources, through the study of all existing information and documentation, in contrast with the detailed collection of each one of the tasks carried out by each member of the area's work team, composed of 11 people, in order to determine if the existing documentation is up-to-date and what documentation needs to be created, based on the guide of the quality management system for the generation of all documentation. Additionally, it seeks to identify operational shortcomings in the area and generate proposals for improvement that allow the work carried out in the area to be made more efficient. In this way, there is a great documentary deficiency, where it depends on the procedures that the District University's management system (SIGUD) has, but that many of them are not adapted to the needs of IDEXUD and that do not cover all the tasks that They are carried out in the area, therefore, the existing documentation is reviewed and after identifying the specific needs at the documentary level of the area, it results in 7 proposals for modifications to existing SIGUD procedures, 24 written procedures, where 2 were modifications to the existing ones , 21 Bizagi diagrams, where 7 were modifications to the existing ones, 1 instructions, 2 protocols and 6 new formats, in addition to managing the coding and publication of said documentation generated under the standards of the quality management system of the IDEXUD. Finally, problems are identified that will have to be solved in the institute in a general way, given the great internal problems that IDEXUD has within its areas, where there is evidence of a lack of communication between the areas, a lack of homogeneous information within its staff and lack of clarity in the functions and responsibilities of IDEXUD's work staff.
