Sistema de información geográfica para estandarizar avalúos comerciales desde los informes valuatorios

Abstract

For the implementation of the phase of the geographic information system (SIG) of the Real Estate and Logistics Services Company of Cundinamarca There is information from the different APPRAISALS in the municipalities of Cundinamarca and it is sought to structure this information in a Geodatabase (GDB) , for its later articulation with the geographic information system of the entity, for this a study of the existing information of these systems was made and a proposal of the structuring and composition of the Geodatabase is made. This report presents the proposal of the entities or layers that make up the GDB, as well as the definition of each layer and their organization. The Geodatabase (GDB) is made up of eight main entities that are Catastral, vegetation cover, civil works building, relief, easements, water surfaces, territorial division and transportation.
