Apoyo a la concesión Alto Magdalena en el manejo de la base de datos correspondiente a la gestión predial de la vía 4g Honda - Puerto Salgar - Girardot

Abstract

The Colombian highway concessions are the entities responsible for carrying out the design, construction, maintenance, operation, administration and / or operation of the country's road infrastructure. Thus, through infrastructure projects the 4G highways also called Fourth Generation roads, become an important axis for the development of the country. These road projects carried out by means of a concession are based on based on guidelines and policies established by the entities responsible for transport sector planning and the CONPES (National of Economic Policy) 3760 of August 20, 2013. It should also be highlighted that the control, structuring, contracting and execution of road construction concession is made by the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI). With the construction of 4G roads in the country, it is essential to monitoring in each of the processes that are presented for the approach, analysis and construction of the work, for this reason this project focuses on the structuring of the database of property management of the fourth way generation Honda - Puerto Salgar - Girardot, which is in charge of the Alto Magdalena S.A.S. Concession and therefore it is necessary to implement a database that allows an analysis of the processes executed with the order to monitor the current state of the work; This is how the national infrastructure (ANI) has started the process of forming the database of the different projects under its charge, for it has developed the platform Olympus, which has the purpose of optimizing the interventory times. The Olympus platform is a road project management system designed to in order to store information that is generated from the acquisition management concession and the interventory, for the development of vials structured by the ANI (FELIPE, 2015). This system allows the consolidation of information from the analogous medium to the which leads to quick access to the data and eliminates the time dead of interventory, that is to say that at the moment in which a folio is returned or has any observations can be worked on the correction of the same without to wait for the analogue material to return to the corrector, ie allows real-time information on the observations made by the financial controller so that corrections are made.
