Docencia universitaria : alternativas en educación hacia la profesionalización docente

Abstract

It presents the research internship report carried out in the research project: Systematization of significative educational and pedagogical experiences in the Faculty of Sciences and Education and the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources of the Francisco José de Caldas Distrital University. Alter-E Observatory, Stage II. It is mainly a content analysis exercise and categorization of texts about the university teaching, the university teacher, teacher education, and significative pedagogical and educational experiences in higher education, its analysis linked transversely mood the need and relevance of developing research projects of this type, with the purpose of support permanent formation programs, the valorization of the production of diverse types of knowledge from the pedagogical field, and the professionalization of the university teacher as an education professional.
