Disfruto LTDA has a great track record in the trade of agricultural products, for sale to large or small areas of the market nationwide, providing efficient solutions in different groups of food products that are adapted to suit the preferences of your consumers. Its client portfolio is currently growing, which represents an opportunity to provide actions that provide a substantial improvement of their processes, making them more competitive. One of these possible improvement alternatives, refers to the problem that afflicts with greater influence to Disfruto LTDA, in terms of the deficient and slow development of its operations. Since none of its processes have an adequate system for identifying hazards and critical control points, it is common to see that its quality control area focuses on erroneous priorities or little incidents in the product, generating in addition to this is due to communication problems, slowness in the process, late identification of product dangers and little coordination between areas, allowing the same errors or defects to be incurred, without establishing the correct preventive measures.
