Estandarización de procesos de logística de distribución para el CEDI Bogotá en la empresa Alimentos Cárnicos S.A.S

Abstract

Alimentos Cárnicos SAS is a Colombian company dedicated to the production and marketing of meat products both nationally and internationally, is part of the Grupo Nutresa and is recognized in the market thanks to the brands Zenú, Rica, Ranchera, Pietrán and Cunit. The distribution center (CEDI) of Bogotá suffered a loss in April 2016 caused by a fire that consumed the entire structure and forced to move the operation. At the time of execution of the project, the logistics operations were in the Celta Trade Park industrial park located in the municipality of Funza way Siberia. During the transfer process, the operation was affected and it was slow to stabilize due to several factors, among which is the rotation of personnel and the loss of knowledge of the process due to the accident. Requiring in this way a standardization of processes urgently.
