dc.description	La gestión integral del agua en las edificaciones surge a raíz de la necesidad del uso eficiente de este recurso, es por esto, que en la presente investigación se evalúan las variables implícitas para la selección de tecnologías y alternativas que van encaminadas a mitigar el impacto en el agotamiento de este recurso. Como resultado de lo anterior, dada la variedad de investigaciones, tecnologías y alternativas para el uso eficiente del agua, en esta investigación, se observa que, en muchos de los casos, la selección de alternativas no se contemplan todos los escenarios posibles para la edificación en estudio, por lo cual para la selección de alternativas se analizan las dimensiones ambientales, sociales, técnicas y económicas que tienen relevancia para la selección de una solución para el tratamiento de aguas residuales, tratamiento o aprovechamiento de agua lluvia o uso eficiente del agua. Es así que, por esta razón en este documento se realiza el planteamiento de un proyecto de investigación que se encuentra direccionado a la aplicación de los métodos de decisión MACBETH y TOPSIS para selección de alternativas para la gestión integral del agua en edificaciones, para el análisis y la selección de la mejor solución según la necesidad de la edificación.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The integral management of water in buildings arises from the need for the efficient use of this resource, which is why in the present investigation the implicit variables are evaluated for the selection of technologies and alternatives that are aimed at mitigating the impact on depletion of this resource. As a result of the above, given the variety of investigations, technologies and alternatives for the efficient use of water, in this investigation, it is observed that, in many cases, the selection of alternatives does not contemplate all possible scenarios for construction. under study, for which reason for the selection of alternatives, the environmental, social, technical and economic dimensions that are relevant for the selection of a solution for the treatment of wastewater, treatment or use of rainwater or efficient use of water are analyzed. Thus, for this reason, in this document the approach of a research project is carried out that is directed to the application of the MACBETH and TOPSIS decision methods for the selection of alternatives for the integral management of water in buildings, for the analysis and the selection of the best solution according to the need of the building.	spa
