Abstract

This document describes and follows up the process of creating a virtual learning environment focused on strengthening the bidirectional pedagogical process in the school Alejandro Obrego I.E.D. in the city of Bogota. The objective of the work is to document all the methodology under which the virtual environment is developed, this virtual learning environment is designed based on the web site mundoarcadia.com and the Arcadia project of the secretary of education of Bogota under the tutelage of the Teacher Luis Carlos Beltran, in the document you can find step by step the design and construction of the virtual environment using the Scrum methodology and therefore each of the 'Sprints' that make up the development process.
