Resumen
This paper presents a pedagogical proposal for the development of the Communicative Competence in the English learning, based on the virtual interaction between a group of students from an educational institution of the city of Bogota and a group of students in the State of Oregon. The research is qualitative because it addresses a classroom problem, initially the learning strategy eTandem is established and the use of digital tools (Hangouts) as a strategy for the development of the proposal, later theoretical aspects are described such as the processes of Oral Comprehension and Expression, Intercultural Communicative Competence and Computer-Mediated Communication, finally the relevant factors, contributions and challenges are analyzed from the implementation of the proposal.
