Abstract

Planimetric surveys are carried out by qualified personnel, with the necessary knowledge to identify the changes in the terrain and in this way to be able to shape in a plane the terrestrial surface, in order to make it understandable to anyone who wants to interpret it. The methodology for carrying out these surveys may vary according to the type of terrain and the process used by the professional in charge of it, so it is necessary to make a review of the survey by trained personnel for this task in order not to incur errors, since The results obtained are mainly used to produce cartography. A relationship is established between the Francisco José de Caldas District University and the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute, in order to exchange knowledge among its students and the professionals appointed for this case; To perform the review in the right way, delivering quality final products.
